The service
Cupelio measures AI spend from data you send us and shows you cost, attribution and margin figures derived from it. See how the numbers are calculated for exactly what that does and does not guarantee.
What we ask of you
Don’t send us prompt or completion content, personal data about your end users beyond an identifier you choose, or anything you don’t have the right to send. Don’t try to break the isolation between organizations or access another organization’s data.
What we don’t guarantee, yet
This is an early product. Figures are our calculation and, until reconciliation ships, are not checked against your provider’s actual invoice. We say exactly which is true on the methodology page. We do not currently offer an uptime commitment.
Billing
The free tier has no charge. Paid tiers are billed monthly at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you subscribe. Cancel any time; we don’t charge a cancellation fee.
Ending the relationship
You can stop using Cupelio at any time, and can ask us to delete your organization and its data by emailing hello@cupelio.com. See Privacy for what deletion removes. We can suspend an account that violates these terms or that we reasonably believe is being used to access data it should not.
Liability
Cupelio is provided as-is. We are not liable for business decisions made on figures we provide; see the methodology page for the limits of what those figures currently represent.
