What we collect
An email address, when you sign in. If you sign in with GitHub, your GitHub username and public profile information. Anonymous page-view analytics on this site, which do not use cookies and do not track you across other sites.
If you connect a data source, the usage information you send us: token counts, model names, timestamps, and whatever customer, feature or workflow identifiers you choose to tag it with. We do not want, and actively strip, prompt or completion text from what you send.
What we do with it
To run the product: to sign you in, to compute and show you your own cost and margin figures, and to email you about your account. We do not sell your data. We do not share it with anyone except the infrastructure providers required to run the service (our hosting provider, our database provider, and our email delivery provider), each bound to use it only to provide their service to us.
Where it lives
In our database, isolated to your organization by row-level security enforced by the database itself. See Security for how that isolation is verified.
Your choices
Ask us to delete your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@cupelio.com. Financial and usage records tied to an organization are retained as append-only history while the organization exists, for the same reason a bank statement is not editable after the fact; deleting the organization removes them.
Changes
If this changes materially, we’ll say so here and, for a change that affects how your data is handled, email you directly.
